Conservative Game Management is one of the most prestigious hunting outfitters in the state, managing 110,000 acres of private land primed for Tule elk hunting. When you head out for your hunt, you’ll get to soak in the scenic Diablo Range and track down highly-prized Tule elk through the mountainous terrain. But don’t worry—although we recommend getting in great shape for the hunt, it’s not a requirement.
Unlike most outfitters, we have the opportunity to hunt multiple herds and ranches. This means you’ll see plenty of Tule elk throughout the five-day hunt and can expect to harvest a Tule elk ranging between 280 and 320 inches. The largest Tule elk we’ve ever taken was 327.

If you’re interested in joining your friend or family member on their Tule elk hunt but don’t want to hunt yourself, no problem! You can join the hunt for $300 in total. If you want to come on the trip but don’t want to hunt, you just have to pay for food and lodging to stay in the cabin.
